This film is something a little different from the classic avengers films that have played such a huge part of the marvel universe. Marvel have made some truly awful films (The Fantastic Four, Thor 2: The Dark World) and yet some truly brilliant films (Avengers Assemble, Captain America) and this falls in to the later category. This is the first superhero film outside of the avengers and their individual films that mentions anything about the avengers in the film and tries to link the film with the marvel universe without a short clip at the end to prove it. The links and even the appearances of some of the avengers make this film a really great film.
I loved it- I found it funny and also clever and well thought out. I am really impressed with the way that they made this film and looking forward to them making more of these films. Bring on the next series of marvel universe films!
