Another Gangster film but with Robert Di Niro. There's not much I can say about it- it's a really good film but typical of gangster films. A young guy decides he wants to become a gangster and starts working as a runner for one of the main guys in the neighbourhood. He gets arrested at some age like 16, says nothing and that is his initiation into the gang. He becomes a proper member and runs his own ops in drugs. He gets arrested multiple times and his drugs seized many times and ends up penniless and in a general state of disaster, addicted to narcotics. It is based on a true story and it is a great film.
