The Shawshank Redemption

Is a great film. I say many times that I've never not liked Morgan Freeman in a film. Once again I loved him in it.
He's in prison for murdering someone and got a life sentence. He's the go to man about everything and is the narrator of the story.

This film is basically the story of how a banker is falsely accused and imprisoned for murdering his wife and wife's lover. He spends his time doing all the accounts, fabricating accounts etc so that he gains favour with the prison guard and prison rector. He spends time digging a way out of the prison, through sewers and other unpleasant things until one day he actually escapes and unleashes all the fabricated documents to the press causing there to be a serious change in personnel in the prison, leading to the death of the prison rector.
The prison rector was just convinced from start to finish that no one was ever getting out of his prison and in fact, when they had served 40 years or however long and were finally allowed out, they killed themselves generally speaking because everything had changed. They had no status and had to work in a store packing bags.
Morgan Freeman gets released and goes to find his friend, who has managed to create a whole new identity and walks into a bank on the day he escaped to close down all his accounts and leave the state with all the money. He leaves a package for Morgan Freeman and off they go on a new adventure.
