Saving Private Ryan...An ok film but kinda boring. This guy called Ryan (Matt Damon) has a load of brothers who are K.I.A. The president decides that it's time to return James Francis Ryan to his mother and take him away from the Germans. He sends a unit to go and find him, the captain of that unit is Tom Hanks.
Eventually they find this guy and he refuses to leave until the task of holding the bridge is complete. The captain dies in the battle and Ryan returns home.
It's a short post but the film was very army ish and very predictable. I'm not saying that it wasn't good, it was just easy to listen to it and do something else with it on in the background.
