So while you were watching Channing Tatum grow up... I went back a few decades to Jackie Brown.
A Tarantino film as always... meaning lots of shooting and Samuel L Jackson. Correct me if i'm wrong but I think he has been in every Tarantino film except for Kill Bill 1 and 2?
I wonder what you would do if you had to deal with a really annoying blonde that is absolutely useless?
I'm not saying that we should adopt the Tarantino method of shoot first and ask questions later, but she was completely useless and fairly annoying. Infact, why Samuel L Jackson would even keep her around is way beyond me. I've been sitting here, watching it, for two and a half hours and like all Tarantino films the plot is easy to remember. Air hostess gets caught smuggling money and a small amount of cocaine and suddenly has to play against the cops and her boss who would rather kill her than look at her.
The answer is, keep screwing over the boss to keep the police happy and then in the end, screw them both over and make off with a million dollars. She does have a bit of help, but most of the trickery and schemes are down to her.
Chris Tucker gets shot early on by Samuel L Jackson, which is a massive bonus because as we know from my last past on him... he's really annoying, talks way too much, thinks too much of himself and is generally very annoying.
This was a short post but like all Tarantino films... watch it and enjoy it!
Signing off!
